About Us
Mireille Sabbagh, Doula, Perinatal Educator, Acupressure and Clinical Massage
Mireille is first and foremost a mother to 3 beautiful children who introduced her to the joys of motherhood. While that journey was fulfilling as a whole, it was not free of hiccups.
Mireille’s personal need for support and guidance lead her to train as a doula and childbirth educator so she can help others find support where she couldn’t.
In 2021, she started her training in Ottawa, Canada and found her calling in that field.
Mireille has also studied acupressure and targeted clinical massage as part of the Intergrative Nursing Healthcare program offered by the University of Minnesota.
Furthermore, Mireille is certifying as a trainer in Infant Massage Therapy with IAIM and provides parents with educational sessions online or in-person.
Mireille is willing to travel upon demand. She is multilingual and is able to communicate in Lebanese Arabic, French and English.
Our Mission
Our mission and focus is to help families heal, energize, bond and grow in a healthy way. We achieve this by providing continuous training, workshops and personalized services. We also offer private consultations in a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan that suits your needs. Furthermore, we are available to attend your events for demonstrations and promotional purposes, as it fits our mission to spread the benefits of a healing touch.
